Requesting a Transcript

All current and former Oakland Tech students can order official transcripts online through the district’s ScribeOrder Website. The transcript service is free for current students. Former students will be charged a fee for transcript orders, payable online with a credit or debit card account. 

A message from the central OUSD counselor 6/3/2023:

1. Final transcript requests would have to be made via ousdca.scriborder.com as transcripts are not finalized until the first or second week of June, which is the normal yearly process and it is not happening automatically, seniors do need to request their final transcript via online. Furthermore, counselors' last day on campus is on Monday 06/05 and the transcripts update does not occur after they're off campus for the summer break. 
2. Therefore, it is my department that sends the final transcripts to colleges, not the counselors.  As I do massive transcripts distribution to colleges, after our system updates.
3. ScribOrder has the capability to have the final transcripts sent in multiple options:  directly to the colleges electronically; by U.S. Mail both to the colleges and to the student's residence, and lastly via email.
4. For electronic delivery: students MUST indicate an initial in the box at the bottom of the application. I hope this alleviates any confusion.
